This morning in our Adult Forum at Trinity, the Rev. Anne Bartlett and lay deputy Anne McCollum, continued the topic of Experience At Convention, a first-hand account of what it was like to be there and participate in and around the goings-on in Columbus amidst 8,000 or so Episcopalians from all over the world.
We hear mostly about the issue that was the focus for many, gay and lesbian equality in all levels of the Church. Other things did happen as our deputies explained, such as the one thing everyone could agree on and that was the MDG's or Millennium Development Goals to eradicate world poverty and hunger.
